What is SDA?
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is purpose-designed housing for people with significant functional impairment or very high support needs who have SDA funding in their NDIS plan.
SDA funding relates to the home itself — its accessibility, design and specialist features. Day-to-day supports provided in the home, such as Supported Independent Living (SIL), are funded separately.

Each villa accommodates two participants and includes a dedicated Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) room with its own ensuite.
