As parents of a NDIS participant who is being supported by Bea Care Support Services we
would like to highlight our experiences.
Our daughter has really enjoyed and benefited immensely from both Bea Care as an
Organisation and from each support person. The Care and flexibility shown to our daughter
and ourselves has been outstanding.
The team selected have proven to be knowledgeable, respectful and professional in all their
interactions. At the commencement of the service, time was spent in choosing and matching a
core team to provide supports that would allow our daughter to meet her goals and to live as
independently as possible in her chosen community. Bea Care have maintained a person
centred approach providing a safe, flexible and high quality of care.
Their communication with both our daughter and ourselves has been timely, responsive,
clear, friendly and professional. Their interaction with the other members of the Multi-
Disciplinary Team has been highly effective and productive.
We have at times needed to restructure her support needs and Bea Care have excelled in their
flexibility with their service delivery and model of supports.
We genuinely believe that we have been extremely fortunate in having Bea Care in both our
daughters’ life and ours. As parents this is incredibly reassuring.
