I just wanted to thank you for inviting me to the 2025 Bea Care Christmas Party. It was lovely to be included in your celebration and to be warmly welcomed. I really felt that you made everyone feel at home and a part of the Bea Care family.

It was great to see the smiles on everyone’s faces and the fun that people were having. Everyone in the room felt connected and special at that moment.

Please don’t lose this very important thing that you have with the people you support and their families. This is what separates Beacare from a lot of other support agencies out there. Keep on maintaining that genuine care and love that you have for the people you support.

As parents of an NDIS participant who is being supported by Bea Care Support Services, we would like to highlight our experiences. Our daughter has really enjoyed and benefited immensely from both Bea Care as an organisation and from each support person. The care and flexibility shown to our daughter and ourselves has been outstanding.

The team selected have proven to be knowledgeable, respectful and professional in all their interactions. Bea Care have maintained a person-centred approach providing safe, flexible and high quality care. Their communication with both our daughter and ourselves has been timely, responsive, clear, friendly and professional.

We genuinely believe that we have been extremely fortunate in having Bea Care in both our daughter’s life and ours. As parents, this is incredibly reassuring.
